Clarke & Greg

Proposal - September 27, 2025 Wedding at Brittland Manor in Chestertown, MD

I’m so glad you reached out.

Let’s envision your wedding together.

Film & a whole lotta love.

Dear Clarke and Greg,

I’m so grateful you’re considering me to be a part of your wedding day! Weddings are all about the feelings - the feeling you have when you’re together with your partner, the feeling you get when you come home and your dogs greet you at the door, the feeling you get when you land in a new destination, and the feeling you get when you finally commit to that person forever should all resonate similarly. My goal is to make sure those feelings don’t get replaced with staged photos and frigid frames.

Clarke, during our inquiry call, I’m so glad you told me about you and your fiance! It was fun chatting about the history of your relationship over the last 6 years, how you guys like to adventure out of your traditional habits to give pickleball a try, and how much you love your dog. Evening walks around a city you love is one of the great joys in life, in my opinion.

I can’t wait to hear about your Charleston trip. Like I said, it’s a city very near-and-dear to my heart and I hope you both have the best time. Definitely enjoy some great seafood and enjoy Folly as much as you can - just steer clear of the streets when it rains…the city floods quite easily.

Greg, even though we haven’t met yet, Clarke emphasized how much fun the two of you have when you’re together, and how this wedding is such a thoughtful and exciting decision for the two of you. I wish you both the absolute best and I look forward to getting to know you better!

Cheers,

Katelyn

p.s. Feel free to send some dog pics my way!

“One of the best parts of the photos was something Katelyn works hard to provide–photos that truly display the day as it was without being posed or overly stylized. This style was perfect for us, and it created so many wonderful candid moments that we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives.”

Why work with me?

Because you know you want to have an absolute blast on your wedding day, and you know you want to have those moments documented in a way that you’ll still remember in 30 years.

  • You can always extend your coverage. My wedding clients are my priority - so up until the day before the wedding, you can add time to your day.

  • Your wedding day is shot on 35mm, medium format, and polaroid film. All film is scanned and added to your digital gallery, and your polaroids are packaged and mailed to you.

  • Every time I capture a photo for you, it’s written onto two SD cards. Then, every night after I capture a wedding, your photos are then backed up onto two external hard drives. Your wedding day is safely preserved for packaging and delivery - so have no fear and drink your beer!
